How much will I pay? The cost for an average home starts around $1,500 for the first year. The following years are typically less expensive.

What is included in the price? This includes the product, installation and take-down, as well as service calls, all cords, fasteners and storage.

Do I own the products? After your final payment for the first year, you own all products. All products are new when purchased and become your property. We do not rent products.

How often do I have to purchase new products? With Illumineers of SC, you only pay for your products once. As long as you remain our customer, we replace your products that wear under normal conditions at no additional cost. You only pay for additional products that you choose to add to your display.

Every so often, you may need to purchase additional lights for tree wraps and canopies. As your trees grow, adding additional lights will keep your trees looking well lit and decorated.
 

Can I use my own products? No, we can not take responsibility for existing products.

How much does reinstallation cost? The discount for reinstallation can fall 25% depending on your order. 

What if it rains on my installation date? Protection of your property and the safety of our crews are our top priorities. If it rains on your installation day, we may have to reschedule your installation. You will, of course, be notified concerning your new installation date. We know this may be an inconvenience; however, we appreciate your understanding.

What if I have a problem with my lights? The Illumineers provide free service calls on all items purchased from us. In most cases, we are able to address service calls within 24 to 48 hours.

Do you carry insurance? We carry workers compensation and liability insurance that is specific to our industry to ensure coverage in the event of a problem. In all our years of business, we have never had a claim.
